During the journey, there will be a brief stop after 1.5 hours for a break. Use this time to stretch your legs and capture some photos of the scenic countryside. Continue the trip towards Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10th century under the rule of two dynasties: Dinh and Le. Exploring the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le offers valuable insights into Vietnam's history, culture, architecture, and development. This serene experience also allows you to encounter local farmers tending to their rice fields, providing a glimpse into the peaceful countryside life of Vietnam. Following the boat ride, hop on a bicycle to explore the paddy fields and traverse local villages, gaining a deeper understanding of the daily lives of the local residents. At 16:00, return to the bus and commence the journey back to Hanoi, bidding farewell to the picturesque landscapes. Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi's old quarter at 18:30. Indulge in "Bánh Cuốn" from a renowned local restaurant. These steamed rice rolls are filled with a savory mixture of ground pork and ear mushrooms.
