Day 1

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

- Meet our tour guide at the airport and head to the hotel.- 14:00: Check-in time (you can check in earlier if you pay the extra fee).- Have all day to relax and unwind, walk around the area by yourself, or join us in our optional activities:+ Water Puppet Show: A traditional Vietnamese water performing art shows unique performances in the water with folk music.+ Hanoi By Night Foodie Vespa Tours: A walk around the Old Quarter for some of Hanoi's most excellent food could be a fantastic start to your trip.Note: Please be present at Pole No.10 (Outside the Terminal Gate) and contact us, so we can easily find you. Day 2

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour and Walking Food Tour Full Day

Morning:- Head to famous tourist attractions:+ Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum: A resting place of the commander and President Ho Chi Minh.+ Literature Temple: The very national first university in Vietnam and known as the symbol of Vietnamese tradition and culture.+ Hoan Kiem Lake: The lake is famous for its historical values and is located in the center of Hanoi, one of the must-visit tourist destinations of the city.+ Hanoi Old Quarter: The area includes numerous historical sites and has the most dynamic vibe in the city.- Enjoy lunch after the city tour Evening:- Go on a Vietnamese street food tour.- Explore the cuisine and try some of the lesser-known dishes that are the locals' favorites:+ Bun Bo (Sauteed Beef Rice Vermicelli): an ultra-popular rice noodle dish in Vietnam from Central Vietnam - Hue.+ Banh Cuon (Steamed rice rolls): steamed rice roll with ground pork and chopped wood ear mushrooms inside.+ Banh Mi: one of the best street food in the world with different flavors.+ Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee): a unique and signature drink in Hanoi. Day 3

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on Cruise

Morning:- Breakfast at the hotel.- Transfer to Halong Bay, which is famous for its karst islands, magnificent caves, stunning beaches, and emerald water.- Get on the Halong bay cruise to admire the bay’s beauty.- Taste seafood feast for lunch on the cruise. Afternoon:- Join activities such as visiting a cave, kayaking, or swimming in the sea.- Get back to the junk for relaxing and dining.Evening:- Dinner on board.- Spend the night on the cruise.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Accommodation: Halong Bay Cruise
Day 4

Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Fly to Da Nang - Hoi An

Morning:- Join a Tai-chi class in the early morning.- Enjoy a beautiful sunrise.- Have breakfast on board.- Discover several magnificent caves in the bay. Noon:- Return to the main dock to go back to Hanoi.- Lunch will be included on the way back to the port.Afternoon:- Head to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Da Nang.- Arrive at Da Nang airport.- Transfer to a hotel in Hoi An for check-in and stay overnight.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: Hoi An Hotel
Day 5

Day 5: Hoi An Walking Foodie Tour

Morning:- Breakfast & Lunch at the hotel.- Take a rest til evening.Evening:- Discover Hoi An cuisine and culture on the Evening Walking Foodie tour.- Explore the local eateries, markets, and restaurants for a memorable culinary experience.- Wander around the food stalls to discover Hoi An traditional dishes, including:+ Banh Mi: a chance to taste the signature food of Vietnam with different flavors.+ Cao Lau: The texture may distinguish Cao Lau from other noodles. It is familiar with Japanese Udon but chewier than pho noodles.+ Banh Beo: a popular snack of the Hoi An people.+ Banh Khot: a round pancake made with rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, quail egg, and vegetables at a famous street vendor near Hoai square.+ Balut: One of the top 10 weird foods in the world - the fertilized embryo of a growing egg, which is cooked in the shell and served raw or steaming.Local coffee: enjoy a cup of traditional Vietnamese coffee, known for its blend of solid drip coffee and sweet condensed milk.- Free time in Hoi An Ancient Town or go back to the hotel. Day 6: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hue

Morning:- Have breakfast at the hotel.- Ready to be picked up and transferred to Hue via Cloudy Pass by shuttle bus or private car.- Stop at some spots on the way to take photos or go sightseeing (extra fee).Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Hue Hotel
Day 7

Day 7: Half-day Hue City Tour

Morning:- Have breakfast at the hotel.- Start your tour at Thien Mu Pagoda, a prominent Buddhist temple with its antique style and a fantastic location to admire the tranquil Perfume River.- Imperial Citadel of Hue is the next stop, the largest and most impressive building in modern Vietnam, allowing visitors to explore pre-modern history partly.- Spend time wandering around the citadel and seeing the front gate, the Flag Tower, The King’s Palace, and the Museums of Royal Antiquities.- Visit Dong Ba Market, the largest and oldest market in Hue, where visitors can purchase low-cost commodities. Day 8

Day 8: Hue - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City

Morning:- Have breakfast at the hotel.- Transfer to Hue airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City.Noon:- Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City.- Head to the booked hotel and relax for the rest of the day or explore the city on your own.Meals: Breakfast Accommodation: Ho Chi Minh Hotel
Day 9

Day 9: Cu Chi Tunnels & Cooking Class Full Day

Morning:- 07:30: Ready to be picked up at your hotel to start the one-day tour.- 08:45 - 10:00: Visit Ho Chi Minh Agricultural Villages in Cu Chi District to glimpse rural life and become a Vietnamese farmer by joining the buffalo areas, rice fields, and herb farms. Noon:- 10:00 - 13:30: Participate in the interactive cooking session and learn the techniques required to prepare three delicious Vietnamese dishes and one sweet Vietnamese dessert.- Enjoy the meal after making them.- Receive a certificate, a souvenir, and delicious healthy recipes.Afternoon:- 13:30 - 14:00: After lunch, visit the rice paper-making village to understand how it is made and get hands-on in making it if you want.- Explore the rubber tree forest and see how the local people collect the latex.- 14:00 - 16:00: visit Cu Chi Tunnels - an elaborate underground community comprised of 250 km of tunnels and chambers below the city There, you can:- Have an overview of the tunnel's life by watching an introduction video.- Discover how the tunnels were constructed, how people lived there, and how they fought against the enemy during the war.- Visit Hoang Cam's smokeless stove and play gun shooting with real bullets to have an authentic experience (fees are not included).- Enjoy boiled tapioca, and hot tea afterward.Evening:- Return to Ho Chi Minh City by bus and rest at the hotel. Day 10

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh - Cai Be - Mekong Delta

Morning:- Breakfast at the hotel.- Head to Cai Be Cao Dai Oratories, which is the religious symbol of local uniqueness.- Visit the floating rice market in An Cu commune, the largest rice exporter in Vietnam, and learn more about the locals’ life. Noon:- Visit the ancient village of Dong Hoa Hiep commune and the Cai Be floating market.- Head to Tan Phong islet and Hai Yen Bee Farm to visit the big flower garden where bees produce honey and learn more about bees' life.- Stop at the Linhzhi mushroom area, and experience the pulling fish hooves and Monkey Bridges.- Admire the orchard, enjoy the garden fruits, listen to Vietnamese folk music, and then get in a rowing boat to a small canal.- Have lunch at The Mekong Ecolodge Resort.- After the meal, tourists will check into their rooms and rest. Afternoon:- Participate in scooping ditch fishing activity and vegetable picking in the restaurant's garden to prepare for dinner.- Enjoy your dinner at the Ecolodge.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Accommodation: Homestay
Day 11

Day 11: Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City

Morning:- Have breakfast.- Discover an enjoyable itinerary and participate in many activities with local people on Tan Phong island by bike.- Spend time learning how to make the rice paper for the spring roll dishes.- See how to knit the banana hammock from the rope of dry banana leaves.- The next stop will offer guests and the homeowner will make a jackfruit leaf cake together.- Learn how to make leaves that can cover the roof of a Vietnamese home.- Pick up a water hyacinth knitting lesson while receiving expert advice on making homemade presents.- Pay a visit to the local schools to engage with the students.- Return to Mekong Ecolodge for one more night of rest before heading home.Noon:- Experience the Hiep Duc ferry boat with the local people to go through the Tien River.- Return to Ho Chi Minh City.Meals: Breakfast, Lunch Accommodation: Ho Chi Minh Hotel
Day 12

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh Departure
