Itinerary

Upon retrieving your luggage and completing customs procedures, our guide will be readily available to greet you at the Arrival Hall. Subsequently, you will be transported to the city center hotel. Following a brief respite, embark on an introductory tour of the capital, delving into its key attractions: the Opera House, the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple. An authentic Vietnamese welcome dinner awaits you in the evening, hosted at a top-rated local restaurant.

Our itinerary begins with a visit to Ba Dinh Square, where we will explore the Ho Chi Minh Complex (please note it is closed every Monday, Friday, and undergoes annual maintenance during September to November). Adjacent to it are the One Pillar Pagoda and the Presidential Palace. Following this, we will venture to the Temple of Literature, Quan Thanh Temple, the tranquil Tran Quoc Pagoda, West Lake, and the Temple of Literature. Additionally, we have the opportunity to visit one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum, based on your preferences. The day concludes with a vibrant Water Puppet Show. Subsequently, you will be transported to the railway station to board an overnight train bound for Lao Cai.

Upon the early morning arrival of the train in Lao Cai, our local guide and driver will be awaiting you at the railway station, ready to escort you to Sapa. Following breakfast and a brief respite, our guide will lead you on a trek through the picturesque terraced rice fields, allowing you to revel in the breathtaking landscape. Subsequently, we will explore two hill villages, namely Cat Cat and Sin Chai. The remainder of the day is at your leisure for personal relaxation.

Embark on a picturesque hike accompanied by our guide, traversing expansive valleys and hill tribe villages. Today, you have the flexibility to choose from three hiking options: a gentle trek (3 km), a moderate trek (6 km), or an extended trek (12 km). This provides an opportunity to engage with the H'mong, Dzao, and Dzay minority communities. A delightful lunch awaits you in one of the hill tribe villages. Following the day's exploration, we will transfer you to Lao Cai for your overnight train journey back to Hanoi.

Upon the early morning arrival of the train in Hanoi, a hotel conveniently located near the railway station awaits your check-in. Following a satisfying breakfast and a brief respite, your journey continues to another highlight of the Hanoi holiday package: Halong Bay. The scenic drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, with an arrival at noon. The subsequent 24 hours will be spent aboard the Signature Cruise, where a delectable lunch featuring fresh seafood will be served. Along the way, a visit to one of the main caves is scheduled. Weather permitting, the ship may also dock at an island cove, offering a pristine sugar-white sand beach for a refreshing dip in the clear and warm waters of the Tonkin Gulf. Prepare for an overnight stay aboard the ship.

Witness the sunrise or partake in a Tai Chi session on the upper deck, guided by our instructor if you wish.
