We'll collect you between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM from your accommodation in the Old Quarter Area or our office located at 24 Au Trieu Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam, and then proceed to Hanoi Railway Station. In case train services are not accessible, timely pickup will be arranged at your hotel to catch the 10:00 PM sleeper cabin bus bound for Lao Cai. Night 1: You'll complete the check-in process for the night train and embark on the journey to Sapa, spending the night in a deluxe cabin with comfortable beds.
Day 1

Day 1: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (B,L,D)

Greeted at Lao Cai Station at 6 AM upon your early arrival, you'll be transported in a shared minivan for a scenic journey of over an hour, ascending to Sapa. A delightful 6-kilometer walk awaits, leading southeast of Sapa along the Muong Hoa valley's side to Y Linh Ho village, home to the Black H'mong community. The trek continues for another 2 kilometers to reach Lao Chai village of the H'mong. A local family will host your lunch, after which you'll traverse terraced rice fields, arriving at Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people, where you'll spend the night. This offers a valuable opportunity to delve into the local house architecture, reflecting their daily lifestyles and unique cultural practices. Return to Sapa by jeep or motorbike. Day 2

Day 2: SaPa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van ( B/ L/ D)

5:00 - 6:30 We will pick you up in SaPa for breakfast and hotel check-in (if available). 9:00 – 9:30 Commence a 12 km trek, visiting Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H'Mong minority. 13:00 After lunch at a local family's home in Lao Chai or at a nearby riverside drinking shop, we continue hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay ethnic group. Our guide will lead you to visit some traditional houses on stilts, providing you with an opportunity to experience their daily life, work, and unique customs. Enjoy some green tea and engage in conversations with the ethnic people. 14:30 We return to the main road in Ta Van Village, where the van will pick you up and take you back to the hotel. 18:00 – 19:30 Enjoy dinner at our hotel. After dinner, feel free to explore the enchanting night atmosphere of Sapa. You can savor roasted corn, baked eggs by a charcoal fire, or indulge in some shopping. Especially on Saturday night, we highly recommend a visit to the love market, a unique cultural event among ethnic minorities (H’mong, Dazo) in Lao Cai and the Northwest region of Vietnam in general. Stay overnight at Sapa Relax Hotel or a similar establishment.
Day 3

Day 3: Sapa - Fansipan Peak – Ha Noi ( B/ L/ D)

8:00 AM: Following breakfast at the hotel, your driver and tour guide will escort you to the Cable Car Station. Take a delightful 20-minute cable car journey to revel in the breathtaking scenery. 9:00 AM: Upon reaching an altitude of 2800 meters, seize the opportunity to admire the panoramic views, capture stunning photos, visit the pagoda, a spiritual destination, and embark on a trek up 600 steps to reach the summit of Fansipan - the Roof of Indochina (Allow approximately 1.5 hours for hiking and photography). 11:00 AM: Return to the Cable Car Station and travel back to Sapa town. 12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at the hotel. 1:30 PM - 3:45 PM: Take some leisure time to explore Sapa town on your own, shop for souvenirs, and gather with fellow group members at the hotel to prepare for the bus journey back to Hanoi. 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi.
