Afternoon: Following lunch, enjoy a boat trip to Tam Coc, marveling at the enchanting karst formations as you glide along their base and navigate into one of the numerous caves carved through the limestone. Later, embark on a one-hour cycling adventure along serene roads, passing through villages, rice fields, rivers, and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (approximately 5 km). Return to Hanoi by drive, and be dropped off at your hotel around 6:00 PM. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch)

You'll indulge in a gastronomic journey, savoring seasonal fruits and tasting a delectable French-inspired snack from a street vendor. Navigating through the labyrinth of vibrant streets comprising Hanoi's Old Quarter, we tantalize our taste buds with renowned local dishes like Bun Cha Hanoi and Banh Cuon at a neighborhood eatery. Marvel at the skillful chefs who demonstrate the art of preparing these flavorful dishes. Continuing our exploration into the atmospheric heart of the Old Quarter, we meander past street stalls and serene residential lanes, providing glimpses into a way of life that has endured for over 1000 years since Hanoi's founding. Our subsequent snack stops lead us to open-air barbecue stalls, where we join Hanoi locals to relish various flame-grilled meat, vegetable, and bread specialties.
